It's claimed the co-pilot accused of deliberately crashing a plane in France had vision problems.

Reports suggest Andreas Lubitz was suffering an eye condition which could have jeopardised his career.

Airline Germanwings has also confirmed it was unaware he had a sicknote.

Yesterday, Philip Bramley - whose son Paul was among the 150 people killed - warned it should never be allowed to happen again:
