Charlestown Shopping Centre has been put on the market for €35.5m.
The Finglas retail and leisure centre opened during the Celtic Tiger and a NAMA-funded extention was added in 2015.
The site off the M50 includes a plot of land with permission to build almost 250 apartments.
Savills says the shopping centre "enjoys a weekly footfall of 54,000"
