An investigation's been launched after a baby was found dead in the North Inner City.
The six-month-old girl was discovered by emergency services at a house on Sherard Avenue this morning.
A post mortem will be carried out at Temple Street Children's Hospital.
Gardai say the results of that exam will determine the course of their investigation.
