A Dublin woman's due back in court this morning accused of helping a terminally ill woman take her own life.
42 year old Gail O'Rourke of Kilclare Gardens in Tallaght has been sent forward for the trial.
It's after 51 year old Bernadette Ford - who suffered from MS - was found dead at her home in Donnybrook in 2011.
The case is up for mention in Dublin Circuit Criminal Court today.
