The site of a housing protest in the city has been put up for sale.
The former Apollo House site saw 'Home Sweet Home' activists occupy the building for over a month from December 2016.
They were ordered to leave in January 2017.

Now the site has been placed on the market - with planning permission for a 10-storey, over basement office block.
It also has permission for ground floor retail, café, bar and restaurant units.
Industry sources believe it could be sold for up to €40m.

The Apollo House itself has already been demolished.
It's been placed on the market on the instruction of Simon Coyle and Tom O'Brien of Mazars - who've appointed Savills to handle the sale.
