A mans due in court in connection with an aggravated burglary at a Kildare hotel early yesterday morning.
Four masked raiders armed with hammers, tied up two members of staff at the premises on the Dublin Road in Athy.
The raiders made off with an undisclosed sum of cash in a car stolen from the hotel.
The Peugeot was found burned out on the M7.
Three men, aged 28, 40 and 41 were later arrested.
A 40 year old man is due in court while the other two have been released without charge.
