Over 400 complaints have been made about the Dart since November.
Over 120 complaints to Irish Rail relate to the stations, from their condition to facilities.
There have been 60 grips about onboard issues with 23 of those from people concerned about overcrowding.
There were 56 complaintns over fares and ticketing and almost another 100 grievences over delays due to service disruption.
Eighteen complaints were made in relations to unhelpful or rude staff.
However there were very few giving out about anti-social behaviour at just 10.
Around 60 thousand people used the Dart every day.
