Irish hopes were dashed at the BAFTAs in London overnight.
Ruth Negga lost out in the Rising Star group and Consolata Boyle missed out on the top prize in the Best Costume Design category. She'd been nominated for her work on Florence Foster Jenkins.
La La Land was the big winner, picking up five prizes.
The musical was named Best Film, while Damien Chazelle got Leading Director and Emma Stone Best Actress.
