A beloved vegan sandwich shop is opening its third restaurant in Rathmines this year.
Vegan Sandwich Co. currently operates two shops north and south of the Liffey in both Smithfield and St. Stephen's Green Shopping Centre.
Announcing the news on Instagram, the team wrote: "I’m not sure if we’re mad or what but yep, we’re doing it all over again and on our way to RATHMINES - opening this Summer."
Locals will soon be able to enjoy the best vegan lunchtime treats and all day breakfast - from sandwiches, to wraps, to loaded wedges, to their cupcake of day courtesy of Buttercream Dream.
