MOVEMENT+ and VitHit are joining forces for their first health-focused event of the year in The Chocolate Factory.

The event is brunch with a twist. Attendees will choose between two fitness classes: Yoga or a HIIT session.

The group will then sit down to enjoy homemade granola and fruit, organic eggs with avocado or bacon and egg baps.
