The woman was being taken to hospital for an appointment but couldn't find a wheelchair...Then the TV star came to her rescue and carried her in.
The former Eastenders star ran to help when he spotted the 95-year-old's family struggling to get her to her into the Hospital.
The good deed was revealed on Twitter by the woman's granddaughter 'Suz' who couldn't thank the star enough!
