Woah! What have I done? Exercising? I must be drunk! Yesterday I started to run again. And not to the pub. I've recently given up smoking (again) and I decided to blow the dust off my runners. I knew it had been a long time when I noticed they were made of animal skins. I ran for 15 minutes around the Park on Clonliffe Road and immediately began to gasp for air. Two minutes later my calf muscles went on strike and I had to sit down. But it's better than smoking 20 Marlboro, so I'll persevere... One of the greatest things about working in 98fm is the fact that if it's nice weather you can pretty much make the most out of it. We usually finish work at around 2pm!!! So if it's sunny it's legend. Can you believe this is Ireland!!! It was so fab yesterday. I fell asleep in the garden for a few hours and then went for a romantic cycle along the coast with my husband, plus he cooked me steaks on the Barb-e!!! I know we shouldn't really mention that word. Dermot and Dave have slagged me off from time to time about going cycling with my hubby (and no we don't hold hands!!!!) but honestly it really is kind of cute and romantic. Oh God what am i turning into???? Anyway i'm all for Date Night!!!
