One of the biggest musicals on Broadway and the West End is coming back to Dublin. The insanely popular Wicked is flying back into the Bord Gais Energy Theatre in 2018.
The musical is based on Gregory Maguire's novel and tells the "other" story of the two witches of Oz, which people will know best from The Wizard of Oz. The show last came to Dublin in November 2013.
Starting in Bristol in February 2018, Elphaba and co will then follow the yellow brick road through the UK, before arriving in Dublin in August 2018.
Tickets for the Dublin leg of the show go on sale from the Bord Gais Energy Theatre this Friday June 30th at 9am.
