The draw for the 2017/2018 Champions Cup was made this morning in Switzerland. Leinster were drawn in Pool 3 and will face Exeter Chiefs, Montpellier and the Glasgow Warriors.
The last time the boys in blue faced Exeter in Europe was in the pool stages of the 2012/13 Heineken Cup, with Leinster claiming home and away wins.
Montpellier are a familiar opponent as Leo Cullen's charges faced the French side last season in Europe, losing away in the Altrad Stadium but winning in the RDS on a final score of 57-3.
Finally, it's been a while since the Glasgow Warriors came to town for European Championship rugby. The last time they did was in the 2011/2012 season and they were beaten 38-13 before Leinster travelled to Scotland to do the double, claiming a 23-16 away win.
The first round of pool matches takes place in October.
