Chelsea have clinched the Premier League title.
Sub Michy Batshuayi proved to be the hero. The Belgian netted in the 82nd minute to secure the vital win.
Chelsea only needed two wins from their final four matches to take home the trophy.
It didn't come all that easy for the Blues though.
They were pushed to the limit by a resolute West Brom and had 14 shots on goal in the first half.
West Brom may feel hard done by as Salomon Rondon and Nacer Chadli both had close efforts on goal.
But it was Batshuayi's second league goal of the season which proved vital.
It's the second title in just three years for Antonio Conte's side and marks the end of the Italian's very successful first season in charge at Stamford Bridge.
