Leinster coach Girvan Dempsey could be on the move.
French newspaper Midi Olympique is reporting that the backs coach is in advanced talks with Bordeaux about taking on the same role with the Top 14 side.
Dempsey has been an integral part of Leinster’s success this season, as they reached the semi finals of the Champions Cup.
They have also secured a home semi final in the Guinness PRO12.
It’s a much-improved season compared to 2015/16, when the Blues crashed out of the Champions Cup at the pool stages.
The appointment of Stuart Lancaster to the coaching staff has been credited with Leinster’s upturn in fortunes, while recent reports claimed he, Leo Cullen, Dempsey and John Fogarty were set to sign on for another two seasons.

However, Midi Olympique are reporting that Dempsey has been tempted by a move to the Top 14.
It claims the former Leinster and Ireland full back is "in advanced talks" Bordeaux about replacing the Toulouse-bound Emile Ntamack.
