Hopes of progress in talks between unions and management at Irish Rail

DART passengers will be hoping there's progress in talks between Irish Rail and SIPTU reps today.

SIPTU says they should be carried out by engineers and that drivers have been doing them on a goodwill basis for the last three weeks.
