Aircraft Maintenance Company Creates 150 Jobs In Dublin
150 new jobs are being created by Ireland’s largest independent aircraft maintenance provider.
Dublin Aerospace has announced that 150 new full time roles will be created over the next three years.
All of the roles will be at its Dublin base and will be in engineering and support positions.
Dublin Aerospaces CEO Michael Tyrell says engineers and technicians are in high demand.
"Too many people are consumed with the idea of going to university, there seems to be an almost looking down on a trade. In fact it's quite the opposite, it's a fantastic education and I think greatly underestimated", he said.
The maintenance company has contracts with airlines like Aer Lingus and Air Malta.
The jobs announcement will see the company double its staff numbers.
