Conflicting Reports Over Blanchardstown Incident
There's conflicting reports from the Gardaí on whether the lockdown of a shopping centre yesterday was linked to a missing teenager.
Yesterday afternoon Blanchardstown Shopping Centre was put on lockdown for four hours.
Gardai were advising the public NOT to approach 19 year old Jack Dinan from Ennis.
The teenager who is believed to be armed with a rifle and several rounds of ammunition is still registered as a missing person.
Members of the Emergency Response Unit carried out a series of searches at the West Dublin shopping centre, before standing down without a result.
The Blanchardstown Centre will open as usual this morning
