Doors Open To Rough Sleepers In Town And In Tallaght
Extra beds for rough sleepers are being made available for homeless people with nowhere to go during Ex Hurricane Ophelia.
120 additional beds are in the Capuchin Day Centre on Bow Street in Smithfield.

Manager Alan Bailey says they opened at 7am and will go all night tonight to protect vulnerable people from the most destructive storm in over 50 years.
"It's a sad indictment to see all the concern that's being expressed about animals and farms, and nobody mentions the homeless people at all."
Meanwhile on the southside, Tallaght Adventure World is opening its doors to the homeless.
The children's play centre will be turned into a sanctuary for the duration of the storm.

Councillor Dermot Richardson says there's been a massive outpouring of goodwill from the community. He's asking local businesses to help supply food for those seeking help today.
