Criminal Inquiry Into Poolbeg Chemical Leak
The Health and Safety Authority says its criminal investigation into a lime leak at the Poolbeg Incinerator is continuing.
Eleven workers were treated on site when they were inadvertently exposed to lime on the 7th of June.
They were hospitalised with two kept overnight at St Vincents as a precaution.
The HSA refused an invitation to update Dublin City Council this week because of the criminal inquiry.
The Environmental Protection Agency is also holding back.
It's taking legal action against operators, Covanta, over issues relating to testing at the plant.
