A man charged with the murder of a 37-year-old father in Dublin two years ago has been further remanded in custody.
Stephen Tynan, of Knockmore Park in Tallaght, is accused of stabbing Andrew Guerrine to death.
Mr. Guerrine’s body was found stabbed on a country laneway at Steelstown Lane in Rathcoole on the 23rd of May in 2015.
The dad-of-one was known to Gardai and he had suffered with drug problems in the past.
The accused is due to appear in court again at the end of the month when Gardaí are expected to have his book of evidence ready.
