Dublin Fire Brigade is the latest group of frontline workers to test how they'd deal with a terrorist attack.
They've staged an event where a car was deliberately driven into a Luas and two gunmen started firing no passengers.
DFB 3rd Officer with responsibility for southside ambulance services, John Keogh, says fire fighters entered the tram not knowing how many people were there or what 'condition' they were in.
Transdev workers, Order of Malta ambulance crew and Gardai were all involved in the training exercise.
It took place yesterday at the planned Luas cross city Broadstone Station.
It follows the gardai's simulation of an attack in Dublin's docklands last week.
DFB's John Keogh says everyone's very happy with how the event went and it was a great example of how a number of agencies like the gardai and Luas staff could work together.
