Ryanair has been awarded nearly €250,000 in damages after a Twitter user posted a bomb threat.
The airline found out his identity after getting a number of subpoenas from the social media site.
Brian Lake from Pennsylvania was identified as the person who posted the threat from the @GunnexGod account.
In February 2016 he wrote: "Hello @Ryanair, you have 15 minutes before I commit the biggest terror attack the UK has ever seen on one of your planes. Be ready".
The account has since been suspended.
The US District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania has awarded the airline US$284,148 (€248,889).
Ryanair says it welcomes ruling - and that the safety of customers, people and aircraft is its number one priority.
