Residents in Kilmainham say they are fed up of people getting sick in their gardens following gigs at the Royal Hospital.
They have been raising their concerns following the three day Forbidden Fruit festival which took place earlier this month.
They are calling on the Irish Museum of Modern Art to engage with them to stop the anti-social behaviour.
Rebecca Moynihan, a local Councillor said "residents are very much blocked out of the events that are taking place in IMMA".
"Nobody wants to be waking up to somebody getting sick in their back garden, or going to the toilet in their back garden", she said.
