An animal welfare group in England have stumbled upon a goose in rather compromising dress. RSPCA officers say they have rescued a goose from a pond in south east London after it became trapped in a red thong.
The bird had been spotted struggling in the water with the tiny underwear tangled around its leg and body.
Deputy Chief Inspector Anthony Pulfer, who helped set the bird free, said "In my 15 years as an RSPCA inspector this is the first time I have ever had to rescue an animal caught in a thong".
It's understood someone threw the thong into the water, and has prompted calls for people to carefully bin their waste.
