Police say 17 people are now known to have died in the tower block fire in London. Emergency services say they don't expect to find any more survivors at Grenfell Tower.
The building is still smoldering, more than 24 hours after the inferno first took hold. It's emerged that fire safety concerns had been raised by tenants about the building in the past, and that refurbishments had been made on the tower as recently as last year.
Witnesses described hearing screams, watching a person fall out the high-rise block and a woman holding a baby out of a window.
100 medics were on scene and 200 firefighters tackled the blaze near White City. Smoke could be seen for miles across the capital.
