A teenager is still missing after three young offenders from Oberstown Detention Centre escaped on Monday night.
One youth was located that night and another was found today. He is being returned to the facility. The director of the campus was injured during an attack and three teens escaped the campus by using an angle grinder to get out.
At an event on Monday evening, staff at the centre discussed the improvements being made to the facility while celebrating it's first anniversary as a single unit.
Children's Minister Katherine Zappone described the incident as "disappointing", saying the campus has made "real progress".
