Gardai are renewing an appeal for information about a murder in Clondalkin last year.
A man was shot when he answered the front door of his home.
Thomas Farnan was killed on the 25th of April last year at his home at Kilcronan Court in Clondakin.
On that night, the 37 year old answered the door at around 11:40pm and was shot several times by a long gunman.
The assailant fled the scene on foot through Kilcronan estate towards the Grand Canal.
Gardaí at Clondalkin are renewing their appeal for help with the investigation.
They are looking to speak to anyone who has information, however small, in relation to the murder.
