Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council spent less than a third of the funds allocated to them for housing the Travelling community.
They're one of eight local authorities across the country who failed to hit their target spend last year.
In their area, ten members of the Travelling community died in a fire in Carrickmines in 2015.
"That's completely unacceptable although unfortunately, not surprising", says Sinn Féin TD for Dublin Mid-West Eoin O'Broin
"What we now need to see is the Minister intervene, use his powers, to ensure that the Traveler-specific accommodation that has been committed to by those councils and funded by the Department is now delivered".
