Gardaí in Bray are renewing their appeal for information about baby Alannah who's body was found in Bray almost a year ago.
The remains of the newborn girl were discovered at the Greenstar recycling plant at Fassaroe on the 4th of May, 2016.
An employee who had been sorting material initially thought the newborn was a doll.
At the time detectives said the Alannah's mother was likely to be very distressed and might need medical treatment.
The baby's body was taken to Loughlinstown Hospital where a post morten was carried out.
An unsuccessful bid to find her mother was made at the time after concerns for her welfare, and gardai are today renewing their appeal for her mum to come forward.
Anyone with information is asked to contact gardai at Bray Garda Station on 01- 6665300, The Garda Confidential Telephone Line 1800 666 111 or any Garda Station.
