Plans are being lodged for a tower set to be Dublin's tallest building.
If given the go ahead the 22 storey block will house a hotel, rooftop restaurant and bar, as well as a side entrance to Tara Street DART station.
It would beat a record height set by the Google HQ in the south docklands, previously held by Liberty Hall.

According to the Irish Times, design chiefs say the building should be timeless 'rather' than 'flashy and different to anything else in the city.'
Well known developer Johnny Ronan is behind the project, while HJL Architects have designed the building.
Their previous work has included the new Central Bank on North Wall Quay and the Criminal Courts of Justice at Parkgate street.
