Details of Donald Trump's revised travel ban have been confirmed.
Iraq has been removed from the list of Muslim-majority countries who's citizens have been banned from entering the US.
Advisor Kelly Anne Conway says this is due to the country's "enhanced screening and reporting measures."
The Executive Order clarifies that people with visas or documents which prove their legal permanent residency are not covered by this ban.
However people from Syria, Sudan, Syria, Iran, Libya, Somalia and Yemen (who do not hold permits or visas) will not be allowed entry to America.
Secretary of State Rex Tillerson says "President Trump is exercising his rightful authority to keep our people safe."
However the American Civil Liberties Union has slammed the signing of the second Executive Order saying "Prejudice rewritten is still prejudice."
