The jury has failed to reach a verdict on day two of their deliberations in the murder trial of a Finglas teenager.
30 year Richard Dekker of Dublin 15 denies murdering Daniel McAnaspie at Tolka Valley Park in Blanchardstown seven years ago.
The 17 year old was in the care of the HSE when his badly decomposed body was found in a deep ditch in Co Meath in May 2010 - three months after he went missing.
The jurors have now been considering their verdict for over seven hours.
Earlier, they asked the Judge to explain the difference between murder and manslaughter again.
They also asked to see the alleged murder weapon which is a blade from a garden shears.
They will resume their deliberations at 2pm tomorrow.
