A German national who lives in Ireland is to appear in court in Italy tomorrow where he could be charged with his wife's manslaughter.
The 45 year old who lives in Dublin was arrested after his Chinese wife went missing on a Mediterranean cruise.
He was detained at Rome airport after the crew realised his wife hadn't disembarked following the ten day tour.
He was with his two young children, who are 6 and 4, at the time.
They are now being looked after by social services.
It's understood the man denies any wrongdoing.
