Lyons & Pieta House Are Encouraging People To Talk About Their Mental Health
Today, Tuesday 10th of October, marks World Mental Health Day. Lyons Tea has teamed up with Pieta House to encourage us all to talk about our mental health.
It's important that you look after your mental health, and it's vital that we keep the discussion going with our friends and family.
Talking over a cuppa encourages families to put the kettle on this World Mental Health Day, brew some tea, grab some biscuits and have a serious conversation about mental health, because the road to changing awful stats starts with us.
