Denis Lynch goes to the civil courts in Germany today in a bid to have his FEI suspension lifted. The Tipperary showjumper was thrown out of the Beijing Games this summer after a banned substance was found on his horse Lantinus. Lynch has already had an appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport rejected.
