Cyclist Lance Armstrong's been given the go-ahead to make his comeback in January's Tour Down Under. The sport's ruling body's decided to overlook a breach of the rules by the seven-times Tour de France winner. He'd failed to give six months notice to compete in the race when announcing his return to the sport last month.
