I grew up in Sligo town and made the clever decision to go to college in the opposite end of the country (Waterford) when I was 17. I got a taste for broadcasting at college radio and was the voice of AA Roadwatch for two years before landing the job at 98. I'm best friends with Cameron Diaz and Westlife and all the other presenters are jealous. Although some people give out about the traffic, cost of living here etc I absolutely love Dublin.

Do you have any children?
No

How old are you?
25 (I actually turned 26 in February, the boss made me update it-ragin!)

What's your favourite TV show?
Desperate Housewives & Sex & The City & Grey's Anatomy.

What do you listen to on your ipod/cd player when you're not working?
Everything from Michael Jackson to Daft Punk, depends what mood I'm in. At the moment listening to Tom Baxter Skybound and an Aussie called Pete Murray.

Who is the most famous person you have ever met/your idol?
Most famous probably Michael Douglas, meeting Take That was a dream because I grew up loving them. Meeting Justin Timberlake was surreal - he's so polite.

What actor do you admire the most and why?
I really admire Maureen O'Hara because she was  the first Irish women to make it in Hollywood and doesn't get enough credit for how much of a legend she is. I also love Michael J Fox.

Do you have a pet?
Nope.

What do you get up to when you hang up your headphones and get home/pastimes?
Going to movies, running, writing, going to my Italian class-bonjourno (ok so I haven't been in a while).

Your most embarrassing moment? 
Den TV when I was 11-Yes/No Gameshow...it will be my downfall.

Do you have any bad habits? What dish do you like? Do you cook?
I have a habit of throwing things out (like my friends clothes).  

How did you get the job at 98?
Slept with the boss (joke)....sent in a demo.
