A Document Management Software Support and Installation person is needed for the IT department of a company in Blanchardstown. The role involves resolving customer queries through email, phone and remote access tools and in some cases travelling to the customers’ site, set-up and installation of software components and the set-up and installation of a variety of high speed document scanners.
