Our very own Saoirse Ronan was at the forefront of Saturday Night Live in the US last night.
The 23 year-old hosted the sketch show for the first time. In her opening monologue, she explained how to correctly pronounce her name through song in what she described as the 'St Patrick's Day edition' of the show.
She also got kitted out in the full Aer Lingus stewardess uniform for a sketch about the airline.
If one Irish superstar wasn't enough, U2 were also on set and performed two tracks from their new album Songs of Experience.
