Public transport is set to resume across the city tomorrow, but with delays
Dublin Bus hopes to operate services, dependent on road and weather conditions.
In a statement, it said it will "endeavour to operate services from 12.00pm tomorrow".
It added that services will operate on main roads only, will have reduced frequencies and there will be diversions in place.
No Luas services will operate Saturday morning, but a decision will be made at 9.00am on whether services can resume.
Irish Rail says train services will not resume until midday at the earliest.
In a statement, Ryanair said it plans to return to operations at Irish airports on Saturday, while remaining in close contact with the airports and emergency authorities.
"We recommend customers check the status of their flight at Ryanair.com before making their way to the airport."
But it said it expects some further disruptions, and has had to cancel a number of flights to/from Dublin Airport.
Aer Lingus said its Dublin short haul flight schedule on Saturday will be disrupted - with early morning flights cancelled and most operations not commencing until after 10.00am.
Bus Éireann, meanwhile, is hoping to operate limited services Saturday.
