Pro-Life and Pro-choice campaigners will be holding separate events in Dublin today.
Thousands of people are expected to participate in the sixth annual March for Choice in the city centre.
Those participating will gather at the Garden of Remembrance on Parnell Square from 1.30pm, before marching to Dáil Éireann at 2pm.
For the first time ever the Abortion Rights Campaign will be fundraising at the event.
Pro-Life group The LoveBoth Project will also be taking to the streets of the capital today to spread their message.
The group aims to build a more welcoming society for expectant mothers and their unborn babies.
The Love Both Blitz is also happening in Limerick, Galway and Cork.
