Off The Ball's League Of Ireland Podcast - Episode 24

00:00:00 / 00:00:00

What a week in the League of Ireland.

We've had four clubs playing in European competition, with Dundalk and Cork City (kind of) advancing to the next rounds.

Derry City and Shamrock Rovers are out despite excellent away performances.

We've had more developments in the Bray Wanderers and Limerick sagas, plus a League of Ireland First Division title face that shows no signs of slowing down and bad news on St Pat's proposed Richmond Arena.

Jamie Moore was joined in studio by Limerick's Eoin Wearen to talk about the financial issues at the club, plus Graham Kelly, Bray's Caretaker Manager, was on Skype after their 6-0 hammering at Bohs.

Ex Wexford and Galway United boss Shane Keegan told Jamie who's going to get promoted.

Dundalk boss Stephen Kenny and players Gary Rogers and Michael Duffy chatted all things Europe.

Kenny Shiels told us why his players have suffered "cruelty" this week and St Pat's president Tom O'Mahoney told us how they still hope their Richmond Arena project will take place, despite some bad news on that this week.
