Joining them on Sunday night will be Suranne Jones, star of drama Doctor Foster, and Oscar-nominated actor Gary Oldman, who plays Winston Churchill in Darkest Hour.
Graham's musical guests on the night will be The Leading Ladies, performing One Night Only.
