Four men have been arrested in connection with robberies in the South East after major searches in Dublin.
Officers from Tipperary and Carlow carried out a number of raids around Clondalkin, Ballyfermot and Pearse Street yesterday morning.
They were assisted by the DMR Armed support Region in the searches, where they uncovered a large amount of stolen property including a trailer, power tools and other assorted items.
Four men were arrested and detained at Garda stations in Roscrea, Thurles, Nenagh and Carlow under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984.
Three of them will appear before Naas District Court later this morning.
