Met Eireann has given us an early forecast ahead of Christmas in the capital. It looks like we should expect more of a wet Christmas, than a white one.
As this is an early prediction, the weather could change as the week goes on.
Met Eireann tweeted to say, "We're in a very mild airmass at the moment" Dublin Airport last night recorded a minimum temperature of 10.2°C. "That's 6 to 8 degrees above average Likely remaining mild until Christmas day, then becoming cooler"
Looks to be mostly cloudy with showers in certain places. Expect highs of 12 degrees & lows of 7 degrees.
Is set to start off cool and wet, with showers. Further intervals of clouds and sunshine through out the day. Christmas evening will be mainly cloudy with a touch of rain. Expect highs of 9 and lows of 2 degrees going into the night.
