Dubliner Stefan Balog has gotten a new prosthetic leg today, after losing his lower right leg in an accident.
The 20-year-old suffered catastrophic injuries when a glass door fell on him at home in Santry in June.
Doctors in the Mater fought to save the leg, but had to amputate part of it.
Today, he was at Cappagh Orthopaedic Hospital to receive his new prosthetic.
Stefan formerly played with Bohemians, and now hopes to continue playing football with the Irish amputee team.
