British TV presenter Dale Winton has died.

The 62 year old game show host and star of Come Fly With Me passed away at his home yesterday, but no other details have been given.

Comedian David Walliams - who starred with Winton in the comedy series Come Fly With Me - says he's heartbroken.

Dale is best known for the ITV game show Supermarket Sweep which ran from 1993 until 2000.

Tributes have been flooding in for the TV legend. Presenter Paddy McGuinness says he was the perfect host while comedian Julian Clary says he was a "kind, sweet, truthful man.'

In 2016, Dale appeared on Loose Women and spoke frankly about his battle with depression.

"I had depression and I didn't realise. I always thought 'Get over yourself.' But my mum died of it and anybody out there who has had it knows it exists."
