Gardai and the partner of a Bray man, missing for the past two weeks, are appealing for information on his disappearance.

Concerns are growing that 32 year-old Phillip O’Toole, from Fassaroe may have been harmed by criminal gangs.

Phillip was last seen by his partner when he left their Arklow home a fortnight ago.

The 32 year-old who was shot in the stomach during a gun attack in Enniskerry two years ago, has made no contact with his family, and Gardai say they have serious concerns for his safety.

Phillip O’Toole’s partner, Jennifer Kelly is expected to make an emotional appeal for information at a press conference at Bray Garda station later.

Officers say his disappearance is out of character, and concern is growing that he may have been targetted by a criminal gang.
